Scrubber 85 utilizes the weight of its large water containment system to wet scrub and mop hard floor surfaces. It can apply 255lbs of force on the scrubbing brush heads to ensure the most stubborn debris can be removed while cleaning. It features a 40.0 gallon clean water tank and a 50.0 gallon recovery tank to ensure high productivity and maximum coverage with the least amount of human involvement. With a built-in dosage system, the Scrubber 85 can automatically dispense the exact ratio of cleaning agents with the water to clean your surfaces effortlessly with minimal human intervention.

Scrubber 85 is made of durable, yet, environmentally friendly recyclable materials. It utilizes LiFePO4 batteries with long lifespan of over 2,000 charge/discharge cycles. With ultra-fast 3 hour charging, it's ready to go right back to work with little downtime. A giant 200Ah 36v battery system is among the largest capacity in its class, with a battery life of upwards to 6.5 hours per run.

The battery life on the Scrubber 85 lasts up to 6.5 hours depending on the cleaning configuration. In the most aggressive mode, the battery life will be on the lower end and in the standard performance mode, it will be on the upper end. Typically Scrubber 85 is good for 100,000ft² to 200,000ft² of raw floor space per charge in the standard cleaning mode.

Our engineers will go over all the fundamental requirements on your facility, such as aisle width, types of walls and surfaces you have to ensure the robot will be able to freely navigate and move around uninmpeded. We recommend having a dedicated area for the robot to return to upon the completion of the task. The Scrubber 85 can detect obstacles from over 500 feet away with the LIDAR unit, and can see moving objects, such as people or service animals from 15 feet away. If it detects a risk of collision, it immediately slows down or changes course to avoid the obstacle. Unless you're intentionally moving towards the robot without looking in its direction, it'd be incredibly difficult for the robot to bump into you. We've had no issues with the robot running into people in the field, it could only theoretically happen if the operator didn't keep the sensors clean and unobstructed.
